Vincent is an accomplished executive with more than a decade of experience in roles at public gaming entertainment companies with a focus on Corporate Finance, Risk Management, Treasury, Investor Relations, Capital Markets, and Strategic Development. In his most recent role as Senior Vice President and Treasurer for Wynn Resorts, Limited, Vincent led team members in multiple service center functions and executed more than $12 billion of capital markets and M&A transactions. He also structured, negotiated, announced, and executed the $1.7 billion sale-leaseback transaction of real estate assets of Encore Boston Harbor to Realty Income.
Prior to joining Wynn Resorts, Limited, Vincent served as the Vice President and Treasurer of Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc. His capital markets and M&A transactions exceeded $10 billion there as well, including the evaluation, execution, and closing of the $3 billion merger with Penn National Gaming, Inc. in 2018, the acquisition of the Meadows Racetrack and Casino in 2016, and the $5 billion sale-leaseback transaction with Gaming & Leisure Properties, Inc. Before his most recent roles at public gaming entertainment companies, Vincent spent seven (7) years on Wall Street with a majority of that time spent as an equity analyst covering casino gaming and hospitality companies at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
While out of the office, Vincent loves spending time with his wife, Angela, their four sons, and their dog, Kaya. When he’s not at one of his sons’ baseball tournaments, Vincent plays ice hockey and also likes to hike and ride his bike.
